greeting the guests as well (until i setup a lock box or something). I think I should take a bigger % of each booking since i'm doing everything from laundry, stocking the kitchen and cleaning the entire place which is two bedrooms, bath, large living room, kitchen etc. I'm fine with that but not sure what I should propose in terms of fees. She told me where her hidden key was to check out her place as she's out of the country and will be for a few months so basically wants me to run the entire thing while she's gone. I signed up to be a co-host and received my first inquiry today from someone who has a really nice 2bd/2ba apartment in a really nice part of town (where I have two of my own listings so it's convenient).
Anyone co-host? What do you do and how much do you charge? Any dislikes/likes about it.
